Hi all,
I didnt manage to complete all my goals this week. I kind of messed up my knee on Tuesday by putting too much resistance on the Elliptical Trainer. Think I may need to stick with Aqua Aerobics class for now b/c it would be alot easier on my joints. I am going to be setting up an appt with the orthopaedic doc. I've been getting hubby to rub it down 2-3 times a day and think its helping. So we will see what happens.
Hope everyone is doing better on their goals.
