Stop being so hard on yourself. A slipup is certainly not the end of the world. Guilt is a useless emotion that only weakens your resolve to successfully manage your weight. Get over it and move on."
Remember, giving yourself an occasional treat - within your carbohydrate threshold - is part of your low carb diet approach, which is alright from time to time. Just realize there are challenges ahead, you can't do this for life and always expect perfection.
Have you thought about starting a journal to help keep progress of your low carb journey? It is a great way to meet new people!! The people I have met are so supportive and inspiring. They have really help me in staying motivated with my LC journey.
