my highest was 348 and a HALF over a year ago..but i wasnt very strict in following this WOL..now i know it is THE only answer aside from that dangerous gastric bypass surgery ... ...(anyone see oprah yesterday?)
so...i thank God for atkins and this forum and others like you and the TDC who know what it is like to battle carb demons ... anyway....i am so glad to "meet" you. ..way to go!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
