Stay away from the hurricanes. About 18 carbs each.
I've been working out of Baton Rouge 4 days a week, and found that once I accepted that I couldn't have the gumbo or jambalaya, I was okay. Plenty of great seafood. Heading to NOLA for Jazzfest myself.
