The last time I was in New Orleans was 3 years ago...So, I can't say for sure what's available that's LC. I liked the Alligator, but I don't remember for sure how it was prepared. If its available Non-Fried, try it...its great. They had a great Mustard Dip at this one place, but it was probably too high in Carbs. You might try the Casinos. I haven't been to the LA Casinos, but the MS Casinos have Buffets with plenty of LC Food Choices.
