I contacted Atkins on Mayo and Salad Dressings they assured me that it was ok IF sugar is not listed as one of the first 4 or 5
I was concerned as in the Atkins it says to use hellmans
that is why I contacted them
Please don't confuse 1gram of sugar with 1 gram of carbs
I prefer the regular salad dressings and in Atkins it says try to stick with dressings that are around 2grams of carbs or less
