Hi, all!
I've been doin' Atkins for nearly 7 months, now, and am still lovin' it! Don't love the semi-stall I've been in for the last 3-4 weeks, but I know it's temporary. I had surgery 5 weeks ago and was not able to exercise for the first month of recovery, so I'm sure that played a role in my current yo-yoing of a pound.
Anywho, looks like a fun, supportive place!
