I condensed our goals down to one line each.
Anyone who said X # of times a week I multiplied the # by 4 to get the times for the month. If you're not happy with how I did your goals you can update them.
Busybee you need to update your goal for walking, I wasn't sure what it was.

If anyone else wants to join for the month they can just add their info.

For people who didn't do last month's challenge, each time you add your progress, cut and paste everyone's info into your post, then update your progress. This way we keep an updated record in the last post for everyone.

Do you think this works? I know I took out some of the detail but it's easier to cut and paste if we each have only one line.

If anyone else has other suggestions, feel free to make changes.

I know today is the 2nd but I didn't exercise yesterday so I have no update yet! Will have to force myself to do something tonight.

Hope everyone else is doing well.
