I just saw this thread AFTER posting my question about Splenda. I still wonder if anyone has any info, since Like Lisa, I really look forward to my Splenda fix... and I'm really curious since as i said, Splenda came on the market AFTER the Hellers books! So I wonder, then, if there is any difference between Splenda and the other sweeteners in terms of its effect on weight loss when doing CAD or CALP....
