Hey everyone....
Thanks for the interest and all of the comments. I think I've got this problem in hand now. Seems like dehydration was the problem and since that day I've made a point to always carry a bottle of water and haven't had the problem again. The workouts are pretty exhaustive, but I'm feeling GREAT about them!! and I really think that they are contributing to my ongoing weight loss.
