This thread is to serve as a support center for those of who self-identify as food addicts and/or compulsive overeaters. We can discuss treatment, abstinence from the foods and behaviors that trigger us, and anything else that tickles our fancy. We may or may no be involved with a 12-step program - it is not required for support here.
