APRIL Exercise Challenge
We did walking challenges for February and March and found it really helped to set goals - it motivates you to get more done when you really don't feel like it. (I doubled what I had been doing before the challenges.)
For April we're going to do an exercise challenge - just pick your exercise goal fo the month and cut and paste it to my goal to keep a running total for the month.
Hope we can get more people to join the challenge.
