On my 3rd day of induction diet, and I feel really bad!!!
No energy , sick to my stomach and faint!
the good news is that i am not hungry!!

I'm very overweight and in my middle sixties.
I have purchased tha products that Atkns reccomends, about I really don't feel very good?
any one have any suggestions???
they would be very much appreciated!
also I want to know if theese symptons ae normal?
