For coconut milk I just use what is found in the asian section. The "Lite" is lower carb then regular. You can also buy coconut cream which is much richer and denser and practically pure fat www.wildernessfamilynaturals.com (they have the best unsweetened coconut I have ever tasted)
Good yogurts include the Sunnyfield farms whole milk unsweetened, brown cow whole milk unsweetened, goat's milk yogurt (only 8g carbs per cup). Check your local stores to see what kind od plain whole milk yogurts they have. You can also make your own using the LC carb count down milk. The whole milk makes a nice thick, wonderful tasting yogurt. I use my yogurt machine to make it. I got it off amazon.com
