Hi. I just got started back exercising yesterday. I started this woe January 19th. I've lost 9.5 pounds (150.5) I dipped down to 149 but my weight flucuates 3 pounds all the time. My goal is 140. Right now I REALLY want this flab gone, so I am walking 30 mins. and resistance training one body part 5 days a week. I will become more ambitious after a couple of weeks. What is your exercise routine? Your dinners sure sound good. I'm an emptynester so I don't go to very much trouble cooking anymore. I'll keep track of the carbs and post it here along with confirming the exercise for the day. You wanted to do this for 14 days, I'm 2 days behind, but I will be very strick for the remaining time.
