Hmmm... I don't remember the brand name, so I'll check next time I'm at the store. It's usually near the cream cheese and the specialty cheeses. I usually use about 1/2 cup, plus a whole lot of spinach. Usually the whole bag (fresh baby spinach.) I make it the same way Ladybelle does, except the dry curd cheese won't melt, it'll just get nice and soft.
