Hi
Hi everyone, I'm new to this board.
Long story short, I moved from NYC to the 'burbs 3 years ago and have packed on 30 pounds (on top of the 40 I already needed to lose). I have done Atkins in the past with good results but I was unable to stick with it.
I started CALP on Friday and I am aiming for a program that I can stick with for life.
