To me apples seem pretty high in carb...plus the cereals all such...I didnt take a full apple nowadays... perhaps just a small slice... and orange juice naturally contains some sugar...~
Perhaps you should buy a carbohydrate counter to see if you are exceeding the fat-losing carb intake...
