I ran a 5K!
Well I jogged about more than 1/2 of it and walked the rest. But it felt really good to even run as much as I did. The 5K was yesterday and I am still in shock of how much I ran. The only reason I had to stop a few times was because I got a side ache. Is that caused by breathing wrong?
