Thanks for the tip about Hood's yogurt. I couldn't find it at the store today (found Hood's lo carb milk though) but will keep looking. I did buy Dannon's peaches and cream lo carb yogurt. I know what you mean about staring at one more egg some mornings. Today I had a chef's salad for breakfast and it really hit the spot.

Seems like the closer I get to goal the slower I lose! And unlike the rest of the world, I find it easy to lose weight in the winter- it's the summer I pack on pounds. I'm also perky and cheerful in the winter and kind of moody and depressed in the summer (maybe instead of SAD I have DAS? Don't Appreciate Summer?) Anyway, maybe you're battling those same few pounds due to the winter thing and as the temperatures rise, those stubborn few will magically disappear! Sending good thoughts your way in any event--
