The cold turkey advice is obviously the best, but wonder what everyone thinks of this idea (which is what I might try doing): setting aside a day every two weeks or so where you allow yourself to eat all the crap (low-carb products, I mean) you feel like having. I feel like it might make a difference to me to know that I CAN have that stuff, just not on a daily basis. Sort of like the reward meal helps people psychologically on CAD.
