{{{hugs}}} I totally sympathize and have been battling the same demon for a week now.
All I can say is that it's HARD, but yes, we can do it. I'm currently only allowing myself sugar free jello, and find myself always tempted to go get something else sweet.
You can do it, even if it's slowly. We could even start a challenge, I'm sure there are others who want to break that habit too. It slows my weight so drastically also.
