I've tried it, Cathos--and it really is good, isn't it? But--Thanks to Flys737's, I also found Hood Carb Countdown yogurt (Splenda sweetened and with active cultures) which is still only 4g carbs, and 1.5g fat. It's delicious, and it's a full sized cup.. Woo-hoo!!! Technically, you should probably save it for rm... Sometimes I have one for cm though--on those days when I can't face another egg.. I can't honestly say whether it's slowed down my loss or not (probably has--but I only do it about 2-3 times per month).. I've been bouncing with the same old 2-3 pounds for quite a while now--and I'm not sure exactly what the reason is... HTH...
