Default example of what I eat

Hi everyone! I'm new to this low-carb style of eating, and I 'm going to list what i ate yesterday, and what I ate today...
It would be great if someone would tell me if it seems like I'm doing this right!

Yesterday I had:

scrambled eggs
2 sausages
small amount of skim milk
small amount of oatmeal, plain

2 large sausages
cauliflower
diet coke

orange juice (and a bit of vodka- that's not common thought)


Today:
Kellogg's All Bran
60 ml skim milk
small amount of strawberry yogurt

2 sausages
scrambled eggs
tuna
lettuce
chives
dill pickle
tomato
alfalfa sprouts
diet iced tea
small amount of mayo

2 apples
unsweetened orange juice.
