I am eating eggs, meat, cheese, 3 cups of veggies or 2 if it is not salad, 1 Atk. bar a day.
Could it be the cheese or the bars?
I don't know anymore...I am getting really discouraged. I did not excercise until this week because I felt soooo tired.
Please, any other ideas?
