Yup,

I have to watch myself very carefully because sometimes I will overdue working out. Like today, I did 2 hours of cardio instead 20 min. It can get so consuming, I will sometimes turn down plans to go out, just so I can lift weights, or do cardio (or have the option to do so, if I wish). I love it though! Finishing up week two of my first challenge, (I did heavy cardio and light weights before starting) and am already feeling stronger and more energetic!
