Hi!
I have been thinking abt my recent problem too, could be a result of water retention.
I have been seeing my scales going down, but yet not my waist n hip measurements. Is that considered losing water but not fat? I have been keeping my carbs lower than 20g, except for a particular day that it exceed slightly above 20g.
How many days usually we can get back on track when we cheat on a particular day?
