So if at a max, I can only lose 1-2 lbs. of fat a week, a small portion of my total loss (7 pounds in 16 days), is still from water loss? I'm not saying it's bad, but I'm just curious...I know this WOL is long term, but I have looked forward to getting on the scale each morning with 1-2 lbs. gone EACH DAY...now since I done induction...this is an unrealistic goal, huh? Maybe I'll try weighing myself each week.
So I can only lose 2 lbs tops a week of real fat...what if my metabolism is crazy fast?? Still only 2 lbs . Well, it actually takes some pressure off...thanks for the info.
