I hope Rosenthal knows more about fats than carbohydrate---some complex carbohydrates (such as highly refined white bread) can be fast-spiking hi Gi foods too. I think we can guess what she says in her book about good fats, bad fats.
Atkins remark......????? evidence please. Do people get payed by the line to criticize Atkins?
