I too am a newbie. Started Atkins on Monday and am just beginning to kick the induction blahs (that is, if my good mood today is not simply a fluke). Lots of support here - cruise the forums, the journals (don't be shy and say hello). Start a journal of your own- it's helpful for venting, keeping track of your diet & exercise. You can also keep track of fats, proteins and carbs by using www.fitday.com. It's super easy.
