What I do is go onto a future day, like June 10th. Then select all of the ingredients separately and add them to that day. So hamburger, cheese, pickle, mustard, whatever... you get the idea.

Then take your totals (carbs, protein, calories, etc) that are up at the top of that June 10th page and write them down. Then go back to the real date and create a new custom food using just the totals that you wrote down. I don't worry about the vitamins when I do it this way.
