I was wondering if any of you have tried Dana Carpender's books? I find her writing to be clear and full of sense, and she talks about all the ingredient choices you can make.

I hope Dr. Atkins isn't turning in his grave over what the Nutritionals company has done with his name, poor guy! He shouldn't have sold the company.
