I know. Everyone always says to ripen them in a brown paper bag. But it doesn't work for me. I'm talking Hass avocados here. Just put them in your refrigerator and they will keep fine for weeks. I didn't believe it either until I tried it. You should buy the ones that yield a bit to slight pressure.
