Yes..this drives me crazy too. I mean, I don't recommend the use of them during induction, but hey, whatever works, right? This drives me ALMOST as crazy as the "You need to eat at least 20 carbs, or it's unhealthy." comments. It makes me wonder how many people actually read the book and pay attention to what it says.
