Bawdy - well that makes sense. Nelson, I'm so glad you asked the question! So Bawdy, do you still sleep from 10pm to 4am? I've normally go to bed around 11pm and sleep until 7am, but since PP I've been getting sleepy around 9pm or so. I've wondered if maybe I don't need as much sleep as I thought I did.
