had to give <<hugs>> and thanks to everyone on this atkins board -- i just realized it's been a year and i've kept 35lbs off!! sure, i've had a bad week every now and then but aren't we human? the point is is that i've KEPT it off, and i know a lot of it has to do with the support on this board!!

so HA to all those unbelievers who come to this board to 'dis' us thinking that no one can stay on it and keep the weight off for a year!! i'm proof!! and i just realized what a big deal it was and had to come and post a thread to celebrate!!
