Basically you need 0.6-0.9g of protien for each pound of lean mass. The varrience is for activity level. It cna be a pain to figure out, so just kind of get a ball park and try to reach that. I'll guess that you have around 100 lbs lean mass (this is jsut a guess) so you should probably be trying to get at least 80g of protien a day. Go to www.mybodycomp.com to find out your lean mass. That will not nly help with protien, but making sur eyou have a goal that is obtainable and healthy for you personally.
