I make one with liquid Splenda and top it with a jar of Keto fruit spread as soon as it comes out of the oven. Usually, I use raspberry or strawberry. I might use plum or black currant next time.
I just got a package of wheat protein isolate and I'm gonna try making a regular cake this weekend. 1.5g carb and 44g protein a cup!
