Tuesday Mar. 23 :: UPDATE- 40 minutes of pilate/matwork tape
Wednes. Mar. 24 :: 20 min. on treadmill (110 Cal, 1.2 miles) stairstepper 8 min. (50 Cal, 110? steps of stairs) crunch machine ~ 70 lbs 3 sets 9 reps. thigh machine ~ 60 lbs 3 sets 10 reps. Back extensions (3 sets 11 reps.)
Felt very pleased with my workout today. I know I will continue to increase, but this is a good pace for now.
