Yes you have to subtract the fiebr yourself. Fitday just shows you the total carbs and the fiber carbs. you have to subtract yourself.
You're ratios are probably fine, as long as your making sure to get your veggies in and eating enough protien to support your lean mass. Just remember as you move through OWL your calories will remain the same while your carb percentage raises and fat percentage lowers.
