Hello everyone,
Today is day three, and I am in ketosis.I really feel good and with all the advise from everyone here I am doing great.It is amazing that when you are feeling down and you come on here how much it can pick you up.The people here are so real and honest and you can say how much you weigh,and there isnt going to be any negetivity.
