Just 2 days back I had such a hard time believing that eating SO MUCH food can make you loose weight. But not today! This is my 3rd day of Induction and I have lost 4 lbs already. I re-checked the scale 4 times to make sure that there is no error. This is unbelievable!
Before this all I knew was self-control, deprivation, starvation, and ultimately guilt when nothing worked.
I am still cautiously optimistic and get a little concerned eating saturated fat. I had a very high Triglyceride level (300+). Did any of you had high Triglycerides (300+) and still could feel healthy eating on the plan, without any heart problems?
