WOOHOO!!!!!!! Way to go!!!!!! I am so glad you made one of your goals- it's a BIG one too!!! LOL about the 'warm-up' guys. That's why I love working out in a private gym- only my hubby has the key. I would hate to be screaming my heart out with what I feel is the heaviest weights in the world, only to have some 'buffy' show up and throw the same/more weight up like it is a small stack of paper.
