I was chatting to my sister in New Zealand today and I told her I was on Atkins program again. Despite the success I had before I came to the US, she told me about a show that was airing on TV One tonight at 8.30pm (NZ Time) called Fat or Fiction. http://tvone.nzoom.com/best/story.html?story_atkins.inc She was concerned cos she heard that Atkins was a 'killer'...

I guess I was a bit defensive of this lifestyle and explained to her about the industries that are suffering as a result of low carb eating trying to seek revenge and discredit it, so I gave her some sites to take a look at..
