Very informative article Blueowl. Thanks for posting it. I do like having LC options available but this article reminds you that this WOE is about real foods. Yes, we do need some protecting...especially those who haven't read Atkins book. Only problem with restricting these LC labels, means it makes things more difficult for those companies who have legitimate LC claims. Hopefully that doesn't make it more difficult for us to find these items.
