Well, I stayed the same this week.
.I can understand why though. We went out to eat two days in a row..Mexican food and Chinese.
Dawn, thanks also for reinforcing how important water is. My goal this week is to drink more water. That and the exercise are so important.
Sunday I went through my closet and got rid of all my big clothes that I can't wear anymore. I never want to see a size 16 again!!
