Unity, if you're considering reduction surgery, don't let anyone stop you. At the time, my primary care physician wasn't in the "elite" program, so I had to pay around half (maybe $1800). A friend of mine at work had the same surgery, but with a doctor in the elite program and it didn't cost her anything but the original $20 copay. Check around. You might want to change your primary care physician. You can always switch back after the surgery.

And if DH doesn't like it. TOUGH! You're lugging those things around, not him. It is absolutely the very best thing I've ever done. EVER. Before the surgery, I wore a 36DDD, but it was woefully too small. I was probably a 36 I or J. I hid it well. When I went to my first consultation, he asked why I wanted the surgery because I didn't really look very big. Then I took off my top and bra. 'Nuff said.

Songberrie, your menu looks good at first glance, but you might need more protein and some veggies. How about a salad with dinner?
