Sorry, but cream has carbs. If the carb count per serving is 0.99 or less they can list it as 0 carbs. I think cream is something like 10g carbs per cup (maybe a tad lower) so if you are eating alot, say whipping it up for a snack or dessert, then you are getting carbs.
