Bawdy - thank you for the information. I did change my signature line.

Here's a list of what I ate yesterday -

1 egg
2 oz cream cheese
2 oz ham
1/4 cup pineapple

We ate out, so I don't know the weights
1 polish dog(without bun)
1/4 cup almonds
Wendy's chicken salad, with 2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing

2 slices of bacon combined with chicken to equal 6 oz.
1/2 cup onion and mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon cream

Today -

5 oz ham
1/2 cup cottage cheese

6 oz ground beef cooked in beef broth
1/2 cup mushrooms, red pepper and mushrooms sauted in 1 teaspoon butter
10 small pork rinds
