3 cups of salad a day it is. I usually get a chicken ceaser salad with grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, hard boiled eggs, and grated cheese. Yum. Salads are wonderful because they are low carb and fill you up too. Make sure to check your dressings though. Some are packed full of sugars and carbs. I usually use italian or ranch. I try to stay under 2 carbs per tablespoon or else they add up quickly.
